Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions last for approximately 50-60 minutes and are typically conducted every 1-4 weeks depending on your needs and place in treatment. The duration of overall time spent in therapy is individualized and dependent on your goals and needs.
Couples Therapy
I find it important to address each partner’s feelings early on and establish a relationship with the couple that clearly defines our roles and goals. This helps to create a safe space to explore the couple as a system and promotes healing and growth.
Family Therapy
The goal of family therapy is to help everyone in the family understand and support each other. This type of therapy can help when families are feeling overwhelmed, sad and angry; when they're unsure how to move forward; or when they feel that they are repeating the same harmful behaviors over and over.
My approach
Victoria Moon (She/Her/Jawn) I'm a Black psychotherapist specializing in clinical mental health counseling. With a passion for supporting individuals on their mental health journey, I am dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space where all people can find solace, healing, and growth.
My expertise extends to various areas, and I have extensive experience working with diverse populations. Having studied perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, I possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals during pregnancy and postpartum. I am here to offer compassionate support and guidance to those navigating the complexities of this transformative phase.
